Guisborough MarketThe Borough offers a variety of shopping experiences to satisfy the shoppers needs. Many High Street names line the pedestrianised High Street of Redcar, plus many unique independent stores. ‘Regents Walk’ recently opened in Redcar bringing an additional 23 shop units. This major investment has brought more National High Street names to Redcar.

To make sure you pick up a bargain, visit Redcar’s open-air markets held weekly on the High Street and Redcar Racecourse and the farmers market which is held every first Thursday of the month.

Saltburn has many specialist shops where you can find antiques, second hand books, jewellery, furniture, country wear, health foods, flowers, arts & crafts, fishing tackle, surf and street wear, wet fish, fresh bread and meats. The town also has many charity shops helping local churches and organisations, the list is endless!

The traditional market town of Guisborough holds many hidden gems to delight every shopper. For over 600 years Guisborough has been a traditional market town with markets held every Thursday & Saturday.

Saltburn Station SquareTo complement the traditional market, the town holds a monthly ‘Speciality Market’ every 2nd Saturday in the month and every 1st Saturday in the month at Pinchinthorpe Hall. Stalls include home made preserves, pies, cheese, organic vegetables, handicrafts and much more.

The cobbled Westgate is a mixture of well-known and independent specialist shops. The town attracts visitors from many parts of the region due to its charm and    character.
